I've lost a massive 49 pounds in just 3 months, which all started with KT Chaloner and Power To Be.
I was overweight, had a poor diet and no motivation to change - that was until I met KT. After attending 2 sessions per week with her I could see and feel a big difference. By finding a good balance between food and diet it kick-started me to make a change and this time for good.
I then attended KT's One Day to a New You with Power To Be. It was a fantastic day. I'll admit, I felt totally exhausted, but thoroughly satisfied with a hard day's activities. I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the day and would highly recommend it to everyone. By the end of the programme I was happy I had completed such a challenging day and it motivated me to keep doing more fitness activities and classes when I got home. More than anything I learnt about varying your exercise regime to use your whole body when exercising, which will improve my fitness further.
By starting with 1-2-1 sessions and then attending the One Day to a New You, working with KT Chaloner at Power To Be has completely transformed my health, fitness and body shape. Being 49lbs lighter I was not only motivated, but physically able to train and complete a half marathon and raise sponsorship for a charity very close to my heart.
