Here KT Chaloner and Kevin Foster-Wiltshire present a 40 min High Intensive Interval Training (HIIT) session over at the Gymcube.com studios. It needs no equipment, just a partner and the ability to laugh. Grab a partner and give it a go. It was great fun and shows exercise can actually be entertaining at the same time as effective!
